What is processed

The endorsement of the licence of origin, with the same capacity and validity. The licence has to come from a country on the IMO White List.

A transitional certificate, so the seafarer can sail while the endorsement is issued.

Revalidation of the endorsement at five years, and the endorsement of the basic training courses.
